Fantastic!

One of the best, most addictive games I've ever seen on Newgrounds. I've almost got absolutely no criticisms: everything was well thought out, and the game ran really smoothly. Technically, I think there's a bug somewhere in the script - the number of citizens listed as idle under the people icon at the top was often incorrect. Otherwise, didn't see any problems. The only thing that kind of let things down was the animation that runs when the zombies attack - could have maybe spent a bit of time tidying that up. But it's a small thing in an otherwise cracking game. Well done!

Who's your target audience?

If this is a game for kids, you might want to make the introduction a bit clearer, and the submit button larger etc. The game seems to work really well though, and it's a fairly fun idea.

Thanks for the advices :D they really make sense.
I will keep then in mind on my next version.

Ooh hello

well that was weird - I got russia, china, korea etc yet they still kept asking for them at the top - cud do with fixin that maybe as you cant help losing points that way it seems after theyre greyed out - I like the "training" place tho - pretty cool

TaXxER responds:

yes, a few people have problems with that, at some computers it works fine and on some computers it keeps asking countries, I what is causing this problem and I don't know what to do about it

Just a few points

It all looked very profession (even before I got past the preloader) but there were a few things that could do with a bit of work: unless its just me, the forward/back buttons didn't work; also, spelling is off in places - just little things like that I'll have to mark you down for - overall very nice though.

That took you two hours?

That was bad - sorry but it was - I'm surprised it stayed - without the wet girls, it wudnt have

Master Tutorial?

Definately not a "master" tutorial - I'm f**kin fed up of these stupid tutorials that encourage the same old tacky games - why not teach people how to understand the code so they can create something new - instead of creating some copy-paste code that makes 50 identical versions of the same game?!

Wow - what can I say?

My dad is a maths teacher, and I knew straight away he was gonna like this game - the mathematical structure of this game stands out (I imagine its one of those files where you construct the code and then the results make themselves) - but this is one of the rare cases where there's a completely unique idea. Loved it!

Eminent responds:

Awesome! Maybe he can use it in class for demonstration purposes!

Nice - but could be improved simply

you could add colour to this and make it much much better - also, a simple randomization would work well - as it is, the pattern becomes fairly obvious after one or two attempts at a level - otherwise, really cool - yet another one of those addictive games!

Great game

Nice and professional looking - graphics were great and everything - the only moans I can think of - you could stick in a movie clip of the loser climbing back up, or just have the screen flash black to avoid the sudden jerk back to the "get ready" position - also the sounds could be waaayy better if you recorded your own voices etc.

pretty good

sum small things that would improve it - perhaps u need to click on it to make the noise (cos its hard to go from left to right without soundin drums inbetween) also, it wud look really cool if u added a "down" option to the drums so that wen they sounded, the skins moved or cymbals wobbled - also, sum small thing, u cud change the cursor image to some sticks - just small little things sumtime make a game much neater

I'm currently studying at university, but I like developing in Flash in my spare time. Feel free to get in touch.
